We do not store card or UPI details directly — these are handled securely by Razorpay.

2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information solely to operate and improve our platform and the services we provide to your business.
- 1 Providing logistics booking, AWB generation, tracking, and billing services across our courier partner network.
- 2 Submitting shipment manifests to courier partners (Xpressbees, eKart, Delhivery) for pickup and delivery.
- 3 Processing COD remittances to your registered bank account after successful deliveries.
- 4 Sending OTP for agreement acceptance, account security, and sensitive action verification.
- 5 Sending WhatsApp or SMS order status notifications to you and/or your consignees, where you have opted in.
- 6 Managing weight disputes, support tickets, and dispute resolution processes.
- 7 Complying with applicable laws, regulations, and regulatory obligations in India.
3. Information Sharing
We do not sell your personal data to any third party. We share data only as strictly required to deliver our services.
Courier Partners
Xpressbees, eKart, and Delhivery receive shipment details (consignee name, address, phone, weight, value) that are necessary for pickup scheduling and delivery.
Razorpay
Wallet recharge and payment processing is handled by Razorpay. Their handling of your payment data is governed by Razorpay's Privacy Policy.
Legal Authorities
We may disclose data to law enforcement agencies, courts, or regulatory bodies when required by applicable law, a valid court order, or official governmental request.

You can access and update your account information, pickup addresses, and business details at any time through your seller dashboard.
Correction

Account Deletion
You may request deletion of your account. Deletion will be subject to our mandatory retention periods for shipment records and legal compliance obligations.
Notification Opt-Out
You may withdraw consent for WhatsApp or SMS notifications at any time through your profile settings or by contacting our support team.

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
